I love recording on transport. There’s always the sense of movement of people getting on and off (including drivers) and the creaks and whirrs of the engines and the automated voice that gives nothing but information. There is also the ubiquitous beep that Londoners know very well when their oyster card loses yet more money to the necessity of transport. So here are beeps, whirrs, automations and creaks. 🙂
